Mike Perry vs. Vicente Luque to take place in Uruguay, on Aug. 10.

When the UFC goes to Montevideo, Uruguay in Aug. 10, they will present a crowd-pleasing welterweight bout.

@MMAUNCENSORED1 reported that Mike Perry will face Vicente Luque in the co-main event of UFC Uruguay. In the wake of the initial report, several media outlets confirmed the fight.

Perry is coming off of a decision victory over Alex Oliveira in April. The win over Oliveira pushed Perry’s overall record to 13-4.

Meanwhile, Luque is riding a five-fight winning streak, with his most recent win coming against Derrick Krantz in May.  Additionally, has won nine of his last ten fights, with all of his victories coming via stoppage.

The Uruguay fight card will be headlined by a women’s flyweight title fight, between champion Valentina Shevchenko and challenger Liz Carmouche.
