WEEKEND MMA VIEWING GUIDE: Where and how to watch MMA this weekend

UFC and Bellator are both dark this weekend but that doesn’t mean you can’t get your combat sports fix this weekend. This guide will give you a rundown of notable combat sports shows you can watch on television or streaming.

Friday October 19

Show: Fight to Win 90
Where to watch: FloCombat
Time: 5:30 PM ET

Fight 2 Win is a submission grappling promotion based in the northeast. The main event features a Black Belt Gi Welterweight Title contest between JT Torres and Dylan Royce.

Show: LFA 52
Where to watch: AXS TV
Time: 9 PM ET

LFA provides solid action regularly on AXS TV and has been a strong breeding ground for future UFC talent. Tonight’s main event features a bantamweight bout between Ray Rodriguez and Chris Gutierrez

Saturday October 20

Show: Glory 60
Where to watch: Pluto TV, UFC Fight Pass , and ESPN
Time: 11:15 PM ET (Pluto), 1 PM ET (Fight Pass), 3 PM ET (ESPN)

If kickboxing is more your style, Glory a show from Lyon, France that will air during the day in the U.S. across three platforms. The ESPN main card is headlined by a welterweight title fight between Cedric Doumbé and Jimmy Vienot.

Show: Cage Warriors 98
Where to watch: UFC Fight Pass
Time: 4 PM ET

The UK based promotion always puts on a good show. This card is headlined by Stefano Paternò vs Ross Houston in a welterweight title fight.

Show: Andrade vs. Kautondokwa
Where to watch: DAZN
Time: 5 PM ET

Maybe you’re in a boxing mood this weekend. If so, Walter Kautondokwa takes on Demetrius Andrade for the WBO middleweight championship. Also airing on SkySports in the UK.

Show: PFL 10
Where to watch: Facebook Watch, NBCSN
Time: 7:15 PM ET (Facebook), 9 PM ET (NBCSN)

PFL’s middlweight and welterweight tournament quarter and semi-finals will be held. Notable entrants include former UFC vets Jake Shields and Rick Story.

Show: V3Fights 70
Where to watch: FloCombat
Time: 8 PM ET

V3Fights is a Memphis based MMA promotion that is part of the Alliance MMA group of regional promotions.

Show: World Boxing Super Series
Where to watch: DAZN
Time: 8 PM ET

DAZN brings you even more boxing with this card featuring two Muhammad Ali Tournament quarter final matchups. The Emmanuel Rodriguez vs. Jason Maloney fight is also for the IBF World Championship.

Sunday October 21

Show: Pancrase 300
Where to watch: UFC Fight Pass
Time: 3 AM ET
