“Dolly Pardon” – 5 times Conor McGregor fooked up

By Sean Covington, MMATorch contributor

If you were looking for a Conor McGregor album then you’re in luck because I’ve got his greatest hits right here! Fresh off of an arrest let’s take a look at the EP of the No No Notorious!

“Stockton slap”

Plenty of people wanted Conor McGregor to prove himself in the octagon against more formidable opponents than Chad Mendes and Denis Siver but no one told Conor to go search for the ‘L’ he took against Nate Diaz. Conor jumped at the chance to move up weight when he could have waited for the right fight to keep a loss off of his record. There were more winnable fights than Nate Diaz and Conor should have taken them. Conor did avenge his loss later that year. The loss to Diaz was not McGregor’s first in his career but it was his first in the limelight and took away some of the mystique of Conor’s invincibility.

“Dude where’s my car?”

In October of 2017, Conor McGregor admitted to speeding in his Range Rover in Ireland; he was banned from driving for six months and fined €1000. The Notorious One had twelve traffic violations on his record before that so we will most likely see him losing his mind in his vehicle again.

“(May)Weather the storm”

Another unnecessary loss for McGregor.

Yes, Conor fought Khabib Nurmagomedov (but that was in MMA and very very necessary; see below).

Yes, he made at least $30 million dollars guaranteed.

Yes, he did something not many could do by stepping in the ring with a legend.

That’s exactly why he messed up! I’m not playing Jordan in a one on one because Jordan is going to embarrass me the same way this fight was stopped because Floyd Mayweather was beating Conor McGregor like he stole something. We won’t even get into the stupid and quite arguably racial things he said to promote the fight, they could be an EP on their own.

Money is great, losses are forever.

“Dolly Pardon”

Boy oh boy, the SMASH hit everyone was talking about last year around this time. McGregor is on video picking up a dolly and hurling it at a van full of fighters breaking the glass and everything! Three counts of assault and one of criminal mischief.

Khabib Nurmagomedov’s victory could be another track on this hit EP but it’s part of the same song.

Two fighters were injured, Michael Chiesa and Ray Borg. Imma keep it 100 though, Michael Chiesa didn’t fight in his upcoming bout and the situation was certainly unpleasant but I wasn’t worried about a Michael Chiesa fight anyway (insert shrug emoji). Conor just got off of punishment/time served for this incident like last week.

“Call me maybe”

“Hey, I just met you and this is crazy. Don’t take my picture, I’ll smack you, lady.”

The latest of transgressions by the Notorious one is the smashing of an iPhone. No, the iPhone was not his, McGregor stomped a fan’s $1000 iPhone after he tried to take a picture of McGregor.

Felony strong-armed robbery and criminal mischief is what McGregor was slapped with in the state of Florida; FLORIDA! Once TMZ rolls out the video of what you did you best believe you’re going to be in deep trouble. On the video, you can hear the victim saying, “let me get my phone”. Yikes, stay tuned for a bonus track regarding this latest incident.

NEXT: DOES JUNIOR DOS SANTOS HAVE ANOTHER HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE RUN IN HIM?

Well, we hope this is the last EP Conor McGregor will be dropping. He has a family and a career and we wouldn’t want him to lose that because he is very good at what he does; a highly skilled individual going through troubles as we all do in life.
