Who will win Saturday’s Bellator main event between Paul Daley and Michael “Venom” Page?

I’m going with MVP. There’s no question that Daley has the dynamite to knock Page out, but I think MVP fights conservatively and frustrates Daley in the opening round as well as the second round. Then, in the third round, I think MVP comes out firing and catches Daley off-guard and drops him and gets the TKO finish. Maybe I’m just hoping for an exciting fight that lives up to the billing, but I think it happens.

MVP kills him. I think this should be good, as Daley is very entertaining against other strikers. However, MVP has too much talent and walks through him. I would say be a late stoppage or decision. However, Daley winning wouldn’t shock me with Bellator’s “Top Prospects” all losing badly recently. All they have left is AJ McKee and MVP, so Daley winning and having yet another Bellator prospect derailed wouldn’t be a shocker.

I think this fight will go the distance with Michael “Venom” Page getting the split decision victory. I think it will go back and forth with each fighter having moments controlling the fight. Page will do just enough to get the decision.

Looking at their records, Page is undefeated, which is impressive, but Daley has fought the tougher competition. Daley also has a strong edge in overall experience. There’s some bad blood here and sometimes that can throw off a gameplan, but I think Page will be able to out-kickbox Daley and squeak out a decision win.

No one is stopping Michael Page from going to the top. Paul Daley has the power to knock out anyone but I don’t believe he can land a good enough shot on Page to do so. Page can finish a fight any way he wants but it will most likely end in a devastating knock; I sure hope it does. I haven’t liked Daley since his ban in UFC, I wouldn’t get caught dead rooting for that guy anyway. I wish Page would face fighters from other promotions and knock them out too, we need cross promotion fights!
