Week 8 of Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series airs on UFC Fight Pass beginning at 7PM CT. Below is a week by week listing of the fighters White has chosen up until now.

Main Card

Matt Frevola (5-0) vs. Luke Flores (7-0) – Lightweight 155 lbs.

Matt Frevola has yet to taste defeat as an MMA fighter. The twenty-seven year went 2-0 as an amateur and is 5-0 as a professional. His most recent fight came at Titan FC 43 where he defeated Raush Manfio by Unanimous Decision. Of his five pro victories, one is by way of knockout along with two via submission. Frevola is affiliated with Gracie Tampa South and has fought for World Series of Fighting (WSOF), Resurrection Fighting Championships (RFC), Absolute Fighting Championship (AFC) and Titan Fighting Championship (Titan FC).

As an amateur fighter, Luke Flores went 3-2, but as a professional he is undefeated at 7-0. Flores is a finisher having had six of his seven pro wins end inside the distance. He has three wins by KO/TKO to go along with three via submission. Most recently, Flores stopped Sonny Luque in the third round at STFC 41. The twenty-nine year old has fought for South Texas Fighting Championships (STFC) five times and both Bellator and Hero Fighting Championship (Hero FC) once.

Bevon Lewis (3-0) vs. Elias Urbina (3-0) – Middleweight 185 lbs.

Bevon Lewis takes on Elias Urbina in another battle of unbeaten fighters. At twenty –six years of age Lewis has fought for House of Fame, Xtreme Caged Combat (XCC) and Legacy Fighting Alliance (LFA). In three victories, one is by KO/TKO and three are by way of decision. His most recent win occurred at LFA 10 where he decisioned Sonny Yohn.

Also with a 3-0 professional record is twenty-three year old Elias Urbina. His most recent victory came at Hero FC – Best of the Best 5 where he finished Travis Cox twenty-two seconds into the fight. It was Urbina’s second straight finish after winning his pro debut by decision. Urbina has fought for South Texas Fighting Championships twice and Hero Fighting Championship once.

Casey Kenney 7-0-1) vs. Adam Antolin (12-3) – Flyweight 125 lbs.

Casey Kenney will be making his second appearance on the Contender Series. His first appearance was in Week Two where he beat CJ Hamilton by decision. Unfortunately for Kenney, Dana White did not award him with a UFC contract afterwards. Of the twenty-seven year old’s seven career wins, four are by submission to go along with one knockout. Four of Kenney’s seven professional fights were under the Tachi Palace Fights umbrella. He has also fought for Duel for Domination (DFD), Dragon House MMA and Legacy Fighting Alliance.

Adam Antolin enters his fight against Kenney riding an eight-fight winning streak. His most recent win came at Primal FC – Dark Moon Rising where he subbed Irfan Khan in the first round. With fifteen fights under his belt, the thirty-five year old has the most experience in this week’s competition. Adam also competed in Season 24 of the Ultimate Fighter where he lost in the quarterfinals to Hiromasa Ogikubo. Antolin will go for the finish whenever the opportunity presents itself. The American Kickboxing Academy product has eleven finishes in twelve career wins. He has fought for multiple promotions including, Strikeforce, PureCombat, Cage Combat Fighting Championships (CCFC), Disturbing the Peace (DTP), MEZ Sports, Dragon House MMA (DH), 408 Fights, Resurrection Fighting Alliance (RFA), West Coast Fighting Chhampionship (WFC), Tachi Palace Fights (TPF) and Primal Fighting Championship (Primal FC).

Lauren Mueller (3-0) vs. Kelly Velasco (2-1) – Bantamweight 135 lbs.

Lauren Mueller is 3-0 as a pro fighter with one win coming by way of submission to go along with two wins by decision. Her most recent fight took place at Gladiator Challenge – Freedom Strikes where she beat Hannah Fitzpatrick by Unanimous Decision. All three of the San Diego Fight Club product’s fights have taken place under the Gladiator Challenge banner.

Kelly Velasco won her first two fights as a pro fighter, but lost her most recent fight against Aspen Ladd at Invicta FC 16. The twenty-two year old has one win by knockout and one by decision. She is affiliated with Last Stand Fight Team and has fought under the Invicta Fighting Championships twice and once for Tachi Palace Fights (TPF).

Don’Tale Mayes (3-1) vs. Allen Crowder (8-2, 1 NC) – Heavyweight 265 lbs.

Don’Tale Mayes is 3-1 as a professional fighter, but only 1-1 in his last two outings. His most recent fight took place at LFA 9 where he decisioned Demoreo Dennis. The twenty-five year old stands at 6’5” and has one KO/TKO to go along with one submission in three career wins. The Bronx Hill MMA product has fought for four different promotions including, Hardrock MMA (HRMMA), Hoosier Fight Club (HFC), Resurrection Fighting Alliance (RFA) and Legacy Fighting Alliance (LFA).

Allen Crowder started his MMA career winning his first five fights. Since then, however, he is 1-2 over his last three. His most recent fight was in the main event at Bellator MMA – Monster Energy All-Star Race where he finished Robert Neal in the first round. The twenty-seven year old boasts five finishes in six career wins. He has two wins by knockout to go along with 3 wins via submission. He has fought for multiple promotions including, Ring of Combat (ROC), Rich Dambakly MMA (RDMMA), Warfare Fighting Championships, Next Level Fight Club (NLFC), Camp Lejeune and Bellator MMA
