UFC 199 is now official for June, as it was announced on Friday that the event will hit Los Angeles on June 4.
The card will be headlined VT two title fight rematches, with Luke Rockhold taking on Chris Weidman, while Dominick Cruz and Urijah Faber square off for a third time.
The Rockhold-Weidman fight is an immediate rematch from their December matchup, which Rockhold won by TKO in the fourth round.
The Cruz-Faber matchup is a long-awaited rubber match, almost four years after their last fight, and three years after they were previously scheduled for the trilogy bout. Cruz regained the Bantamweight Title in January with a close and debated decision win over Faber’s former protege, T.J. Dillashaw.
