Another new bout is set for UFC 196 on March 5, with the organization announcing this week that lightweight Justin Salas will take on Jason Saggo.

Salas returns to the cage for the first time since July of 2014, and hopes to continue his streak of alternating wins and losses in the organization. He debuted back in 2012, and has since picked up decision wins over Anton Kuivanen and Aaron Riley, along with a KO over Ben Wall. However, in that same stretch, he’s been stopped by Tim Means, submitted by Thiago Tavares, and stopped again by Joe Proctor.

He’ll now meet Saggo, who himself has been out for well over a year. The 30-year-old Canadian has split his two UFC appearances, winning his debut over Josh Shockley before dropping a split decision to Paul Felder in October of 2014.

UFC 196 hits pay-per-view from Las Vegas’ MGM Grand Garden Arena, headlined by the Lightweight Championship fight between Rafael dos Anjos and Conor McGregor.
