A fight between Sara McMann and Jessica Eye has been added to the recently announced UFC Fight Night 88 event in Las Vegas.
The organization announced the fight on Wednesday, which will hit the Fox Sports 1 event on May 29.
McMann, who fought Ronda Rousey for the UFC Women’s Bantamweight Championship in February of 2014, has lost two in a row into the event. She dropped a decision to now-Champ Miesha Tate, then got submitted by Amanda Nunes in her most recent outing last August.
Eye is in desperate need of a win herself, having lost three of her last four, most recently dropping a decision to Tate. The 29-year-old has just one official win in the UFC, as her debut victory over Sarah Kaufman was overturned to a no contest.
UFC Fight Night 88 will be headlined by a bantamweight matchup between Thomas Almeida and Cody Garbrandt.
