With Cris Cyborg sticking to the featherweight division following Ronda Rousey’s UFC 193 loss to Holly Holm, she’s now got a new opponent for her next fight as well.

Rather than facing the previously announced Cindy Dandois, Invicta FC announced this week that Cyborg will instead defend her Featherweight Title against Daria Ibragimova in the main event of Invicta FC 15 on Jan. 16.

Cyborg, who last defended that title against Faith Van Duin in July, had been talking about moving down in order to set up a fight with Rousey. It was expected that fight could have come by UFC 200 if she had successfully made a drop for her next Invicta fight, but with Rousey losing to Holm and necessitating that rematch, Cyborg lost out on that matchup.

Ibragimova enters Invicta for the first time with a 9-1 record, riding a seven fight winning streak. She has six first round finishes in that stretch, five of which have come by submission.

The Invicta FC 15 card will air live on UFC Fight Pass, live from The Hangar at OC Fair in Costa Mesa, Calif. The card will also feature a Strawweight Title bout between Champ Livia Renata Souza and DeAnna Bennett. Two other fights were announced for the card, as Lisa Ellis takes on Amber Brown, and Angela Hill meets Jodie Esquibel.
