Jon Jones has signed his first new sponsorship deal since being reinstated by the UFC, with supplement manufacturer GAT making him their first endorsed MMA athlete.

“I am very grateful to have such a terrific brand like GAT sponsor me as one of their athletes,” said Jones in a press release on Wednesday. “I look forward to working with TEAMGAT and to taking the GAT brand with me in becoming the number one name in MMA.

Jones was dumped by all of his previous sponsors earlier this year following his hit and run, including the individual deal he’d reached with Reebok separate from the UFC’s overall apparel deal with the company. That came after he was stripped of the title and suspended by the UFC as well.

The 28-year-old was reinstated last month after reaching a plea deal on the hit and run in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Now he awaits Daniel Cormier and an official date for that rematch to return to the cage.
