Who will win Saturday’s fight between Jan Blachowicz and Thiago Santos?

I’ll go with Blachowicz by 3rd round TKO. Santos is tough but I don’t think this fight goes the distance. I think some heavy leather is going to be thrown here and we get a stoppage. Hopefully, it’s a good fight. It should be, but you never know for sure.

I think Thiago Santos gets it done, most likely quickly, but I could also see Jan tiring out Santos, and dragging him deep and getting a finish. That being said, although Jan could get the win if he survives 2 rounds, I think Santos’ hands are too heavy and he gets a KO.

Sean Covington, Columnist – Covington’s Corner

Thiago Santos has all of the tools to be a legitimate contender. I don’t know Blachowicz but I have seen enough of Santos to know that he can put anybody to sleep while standing straight up and throwing hands.

I think Blachowicz gets it done by submission and perhaps quickly. Santos is likely to come out swinging which may make him vulnerable to be taken down. One the fight goes to the mat, Blachowicz will be able to have his way with him. Santos is always a knockout threat but I think Blachowicz will be able to execute a disciplined game plan and get the win.
