According to Brett Okamoto at ESPN, the B Sample of Jon Jones’s failed drug test confirmed the presence of a banned substance. According to Okamoto multiple sources have informed ESPN of the news today.

Grocke’s Analysis: While this news is certainly disappointing, it’s not unexpected. Jones now faces a suspension of up to four years, not to mention his win over Daniel Cormier will now be changed to no-contest. Jones had a lot of people fooled after the heart felt interview he gave to Joe Rogan after his big win over Cormier. Unfortunately Jon Jones is who he is. He’s arguably the best mixed martial arts fighter of all time. He’s also one of the biggest cheaters the sport has ever seen.
