Here are the best betting picks for tonight’s UFC 207 card…

T.J. Dillashaw (-245) defeats John Lineker

In many ways, this bout between the two top Bantamweight contenders directly mirrors tonight’s co-main event. “Hands of Stone” is known to live up to his nickname, using aggressive forward motion to back opponents against the cage and land bombs, much like his title-challenger counterpart, Cody Garbrandt. However, when it comes to fighters, they rarely come as fluid and technically gifted as Dillashaw, whose style in many ways directly resembles the champion Dominick Cruz, to whom he lost a narrow split decision earlier in the year. Expect Dillashaw to counter-strike his way to victory.

Brandon Thatch vs Niko Price: Fight Doesn’t Go The Distance (-365)

Tonight’s undercard features the return of Brandon Thatch against debuting Niko Price, or in other words, two men who are going out to fight like they have something to prove. Betting odds have the more proven Thatch the -150 favourite, but in a fight as chaotic as this one is bound to be, connecting that all-important killshot really is anyone’s shout.

Dominick Cruz by KO/TKO (+495)

If there was ever a time to tip our Bantamweight champion for a rare fight-ending title defense, now is that time. There has been much made of his opponent’s knockout potential, but to the extent that people are forgetting the gap between each man’s respective experience and fight IQ, and just how huge it really is. This time around, Dominick Cruz’s death by one-thousand papercuts might be enough to put Garbrandt down for good.
