TUF 22 Finale Payroll: Frankie Edgar’s $360K payout tops earnings for Fox Sports 1 event

Frankie Edgar’s decimation of Chad Mendes on Friday night at The Ultimate Fighter 22 Finale brought him the third highest disclosed payout of the entire weekend, with the Nevada Athletic Commission releasing payroll figures for the Ultimate Fighter 22 Finale on Monday.

Edgar earned a disclosed $360,000 for the first round KO win, which took place in the main event from The Chelsea at The Cosmopolitan on Fox Sports 1. Edgar’s earnings represented just over a third of the disclosed $1,048,000 payroll for the card, with Tony Ferguson’s $100,000 payout the second highest for the event.
