Khabib Nurmagomedov’s manager, Ali Abdelaziz, does not have kind words for his client’s former opponent, Conor McGregor. Speaking to TMZ recently, Abdelaziz said that he’s open to a rematch between Nurmagomedov and McGregor, but the UFC is going to have to pay up to make it happen.

“Right now, I’m worrying about somebody bringing $50 million to $100 million to the table,” Abdelaziz said in response to who Khabib could fight next. The only UFC fighter who could come close to drawing that much money would, of course, be McGregor. Abdelaziz thinks though, that now Nurmagomedov is the A-Side of this pairing.

“Come on man, you have a guy meeting with Putin…the other guy is selling liquor on the corner store,” he said. “It’s not even in the f-ing same planet.”

If the fight does happen, Abdelaziz does not think that it will go well for McGregor. He also seems to relish the idea of his client beating up McGregor again.

“I really want to see him drink his own blood,” Abdelaziz said of McGregor.

Also, Abdelaziz added that he thinks McGregor didn’t put up enough of a fight when he and Nurmagomedov fought at UFC 229. “He just wanted to quit,” he said. “He talked a lot of sh-t. He didn’t back it up.”

$50 to $100 million is a steep asking price to get this fight back in the cage, but with nearly 2.4 million pay-per-view buys for the first fight and potentially even more for a rematch, that may end up being a bargain.
