JR Coughran vs. Alex Gilpin (Featherweight/145)

Round 1: Coughran is looking to set up a head kick early. He’s throwing a jab and sending a head kick in right after it. They’re exchanging in the center and Gilpin is busted open. Gilpin grabs a leg for a single briefly but Coughran steps out of it and lands a few shots as they separate. Gilpin briefly gets him down with a front head lock but they’re back in the center slugging it out as the round ends. 10-9 Coughran

Round 2:  Gilpin scores with a takedown early but Coughran pops right back up. Gilpin doesn’t waste much time though and scores with another takedown. He’s now working for a Darce choke and this could be trouble for Coughran. He taps and its over. Impressive submission win for Alex Gilpin.

Bobby Moffett vs. Jacob Kilburn (Featherweight/145)

Round 1: Moffett lands a big right hand early on, and quickly scores with a takedown. He’s working to move into side control and he has a potential arm triangle in his grasps. He’s working hard for the arm triangle, but Kilburn is doing a good job of fighting it off. Moffett is in complete control here on the ground right now. Moffett is landing some elbows from half guard and still looking to threaten with the arm triangle. Moffett moves into mount and this is trouble for Jacob Kilburn. Kilburn is just looking to survive at this point, its all defense for him right now. Moffett is like a blanket right now…Kilburn will survive the round, but he got dominated by a superior Jiu Jitsu practitioner. He has to keep this fight off the ground. Moffett just needs more of the same. (10-9 Moffett)

Round 2: Kilburn opens up with a front kick. Moffett lands a head kick and scores with a takedown off an ill-advised spinning attack from Kilburn. That was a really risky decision considering the situation and it will probably cost him this round or perhaps the fight. Moffett is threatening with a Darce choke and its over. Complete domination for Bobby Moffett there. Jacob Kilburn was soundly outmatched there.

Kennedy Nzechukwu vs. Dennis Bryant (Light-Heavyweight/205)

Round 1: Bryant is having a hard time landing on the much bigger fighter. Kennedy lands a big head kick! Bryant shoots and eats a few hard shots! He’s up but Kennedy lands another head kick and Bryant is down again! He lands a few hard shots on the ground and its over.

Result: Kennedy Nzechukwu def. Dennis Bryant via TKO (Head kick and punches) Round 1, 1:48

Joe Lowry vs. Devonte Smith (Lightweight/155)

Round 1:  They’re both tagging each other early. Lowry is doing a good job of getting inside and landing uppercuts and short hooks. Smith lands a solid leg kick and it allows him to tee off with a nice combo. Lowry attacks the body with a left hook and follows it up with a right straight to the jaw. Lowry’s right eye is starting to look pretty bad. Lowry shoots in for a takedown and Smith elbows him multiple times in the head and he’s out!

Result: Devonte Smith def. Joe Lowry via KO (Elbows) Round 1, 2:52

Greg Hardy vs. Tebaris Gordon (Heavyweight/265)

Round 1: Hardy rushes in early and lands some big shots. Gordon is doing nothing but covering up. Hardy lands a big left and right and then another and Gordon is down! Hardy is landing some big shots on the ground and its over! Hardy held his chin high, but he still looked good and that was a good KO.
