Rampage Jackson (37-11) says he could beat Brock Lesnar, despite a huge weight difference in a story, lacking any real life relevance, posted by TMZ today.
“I would whoop Brock’s ass because I don’t think he could take me down, but who knows?” he said when approached by TMZ in Los Angeles on a sidewalk. “Brock is a good athlete, he’s a great athlete. He learns really fast. I’m really impressed. He’s the most popular pro wrestler who came to MMA. I’d whoop his ass even though he outweighs me by 100 pounds. If I hit Brock a couple times, he won’t get up no more,” he said.
When asked if he’s “calling him out,” Rampage said no. When subsequently asked if he’d like to fight him, Rampage seemed dismissive of then notion, and then said he’ll fight anybody.
