Gerard Mousasi is looking for a new opponent at UFC 200, breaking the news himself on Twitter that Derek Brunson has been forced to pull out of the event.

“I have been informed that [Derek Brunson] is out,” Mousasi wrote. “I am waiting to find a new opponent. I have trained hard for [UFC] 200. Too hard not to fight.”

Mousasi is out to build some momentum on the massive July 9 event, following up on a win over Thales Leites in his most recent appearance. That bounced him back from a shocking stoppage loss to Uriah Hall last fall.

UFC 200 will emanate from the brand new T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, headlined by the UFC Light Heavyweight Title rematch between Jon Jones and Daniel Cormier.
