Conor McGregor has made himself one of the biggest stars in the sport of mixed martial arts, and as a result has become one of its highest paid competitors as well. With that, it’s no surprise given past action that he’s a man of expensive taste, and he’s been showing some of that off this week on Instagram.
The UFC Featherweight Champion and upcoming UFC Lightweight Title challenger showed off a new $400,000 Lamborghini, and said the fruits of his labor continue to be his motivation to do even greater things.

Penick’s Analysis: One cannot begrudge McGregor enjoying the excesses that his new income level can bring, but there’s certainly concern over his financial management skills. No amount of money lasts if the person with that money can’t be disciplined in their spending, and his patterns are troublesome; still, he’s young, will be bringing in an extremely large amount more going forward, and he’ll have time to get things under control as time goes on. Hopefully he can manage that effectively, because there are far too many stories of stars with money flaming out after their time and losing everything. I don’t think he’ll wind up there, but it’s something that may need to be monitored in the future.

He’s been champion for a month and he’s already spent almost a million dollars between 2 cars? Uh oh…
It’s not his car. He didn’t buy it. He was given a chance to drive it.
He didn’t go out of his way to take the picture and write this post about a car that he’s not going to have sitting in his driveway, sooner or later. Come on man, he loves these expensive toys way too much lol
