3 Fights To Watch 9-26-2026

Raúl Rosas Jr. Vs Raoni Barcelos

The main event has the electric Rosas Jr looking to stay at just a single loss. He is facing a man that has had twice as many fights with nearly twice as many wins. Raoni Barcelos is no spring chicken and no stranger to success in the octagon. He is looking to knockoff the young up and comer, halting his momentum and establish a rise within the bantamweight ranks among some elite fighters and former champions. Raoni will be looking to neutralize Rosas Jr., securing a  victory via decision. Rosas Jr. will be looking to finish the fight, that’s how young guys fight/operate. Expect Barcelos to weather the storm with veteran savvy and frustrate Rosas Jr. and cruise to a victory on the scorecards.

Norma Dumont vs Ailín Pérez

Yes we all want Alin Perez to win and yes it’s for more than just that one thing. She has personality , she has what it takes to be a star. This sport needs them now more than ever. She is proving her worth in the octagon, she looks to  get closer to a title shot with a win here. She hasn’t lost in 4 years. Her opponent, Norma Dumont however, lost just months ago. Dumont is looking to get back on track and score a big win over a big name. Hard to give the edge to either fighter but Perez has more finishes so there’s that.

Mahammadali Osmanli vs Ilimbek Akylbek

Another bantamweight fight of interest. Osmanli can beat you in multiple ways, typically avoiding the scorecards by finishing his fights, earning him a 11-1 record. Akylbek is not far behind at 9-3 at 23 years old, one year older than Osmanli.  Both men favor submission so there will be a battle held on the ground. If I were them, I’d look to change things up and stay on the feet, utilizing striking and avoiding the ground game altogether. A loss doesn’t really affect the future of these men since they are so young but nobody wants a setback. When a fighter has double digit wins and a single loss, they are on a mission; which man’s mission will be derailed?
