Conor McGregor reacted to the UFC continuing to hold him off the UFC 200 card on Friday, responding on Twitter while the press conference was on-going.

Diaz was asked to respond during the press conference, and said simply, “Conor got his ass beat.”

Penick’s Analysis: It’s a salient point from McGregor (though the number is significantly inflated), and is why it shouldn’t matter in this moment whether it’s “fair” or “right” to the other fighters who flew in for the press event. McGregor’s made more money for the organization and fairness doesn’t necessarily apply in a situation like this. Just make the fight and let’s quit with this unhelpful power struggle.
