Antonio Silva may see his license to fight in the United States revoked, as the California State Athletic Commission will consider his case on February 10, Dave Meltzer at Wrestling Observer Online reports. Silva was suspended by the CSAC for one year for testing positive for steroids last July. If the CSAC revokes Silva's license, Antonio will be unable to fight anywhere in the United States. He may be able to go the route of boxers Joe Mesi and Evander Holyfield, who had their own licenses suspended by Nevada and New York, respectively, but were able to resume fighting after their suspended licenses expired and they applied for new licenses in more-lenient states.
Meltzer notes that Silva's cornerpeople will face disciplinary action tomorrow.
