The ratings boom the UFC was hoping for with the Ultimate Fighter's move to FX in a live format hasn't hit just yet, as MMAJunkie.com reports that Friday night's live debut drew an average of just 1.3 million viewers.
That number is in line with the most recent seasons of the show, even coming in a bit below what Spike TV was drawing in its worst seasons.
White said last fall he believed TUF on FX would "double" the ratings they were getting at the end of the series on Spike, but the viewer awareness hasn't caught up to those thoughts just yet.
DON'T GO YET... WE SUGGEST THESE MMATORCH ARTICLES, TOO!
