The UFC is hoping the third time's the charm, as they have once again booked a fight between Jorge Rivera and Alessio Sakara.
The organization announced on Tuesday that the bout is coming to UFC 133 in August.
The fight was originally scheduled last August for UFC 118 in Boston, but injuries to both fighters kept them off the card. They were rescheduled for UFC 122 in Germany, but on the day of the fight, Sakara fell ill and was pulled off the card at the last minute.
Both fighters were then scheduled in different bouts early this year, and both had their three fight winning streaks snapped. First up, Rivera was defeated by Michael Bisping in Australia by TKO in the second round, his first loss since UFC 85 in 2008. Sakara was then defeated by newcomer Chris Weidman at UFC on Versus 3 in March, his first loss since UFC 82.
No location or date has been set for UFC 133 yet outside of being in the month of August, but previous reports suggest the event will be coming to Philadelphia, Penn.
