Bellator is attempting to get Bobby Lashley and James Thompson in their cage for a third time this year after injuries scrapped two previously planned matchups.
According to a report from MMAJunkie.com, citing Bellator MMA President Scott Coker, Lashley and Thompson have agreed to fight at Bellator 145 in St. Louis this November.
It's a rematch of a fight that happened in Super Fight League, a fight won by Thompson. Bellator scheduled the fight in February, and then again in June, but injuries to both fighters kept the fight from happening.
Lashley fights for the second straight time in St. Louis, having defeated replacement opponent Dan Charles in June. Thompson hasn't fought since June of last year, where he defeated Eric Prindle at Bellator 121.
Bellator 145 comes to the Scottrade Center on Nov. 6, headlined by the Featherweight Title bout between Patricio "Pitbull" Freire and Daniel Straus.
