Lavar Johnson's second loss in the UFC may wind up being his last, as MMAJunkie.com reports that his drug test out of UFC 157 has been flagged with elevated levels of testosterone in his system.
According to CSAC Executive Officer Andy Foster, Johnson's submitted sample was given a further carbon isotope ratio test, which "confirmed the testosterone was consistent with the administration of a steroid."
Though more details have not been made available, Foster clarified in that piece that it was not a failed test due to an elevated T/E ratio, which has been the now common failure for testosterone users.
Johnson lost to Brendan Schaub by decision on that UFC 157 card last month, which took place from Anaheim, Calif. and was headlined by the Women's Bantamweight Title bout between Ronda Rousey and Liz Carmouche.
