"I don't care [who I fight], to be honest. This is the fight game, where you want to fight big names and have big fights. It's kind of disheartening to know that those (big names) aren't really out there for me. But what can you do? ... I'm not really a guy that's ever turned down a fight. I've fought everybody they've put in front of me. I just roll with the punches and fight whoever. These guys know what they're doing...

I was going for the finish in that fight, and the submission was what I predicted because Menjivar's not afraid to go to the ground. He's not afraid to grapple or go anywhere in a fight. That plays to my advantage. The last fight against Barao, he did a really good job of slowing the fight down and making sure there were no scrambles and stuff like that. But I know Menjivar was open to playing everywhere, so I knew I'd probably submit him. I've finished guys that aren't usually finishable."

-Urijah Faber talks to MMAJunkie.com about his UFC 157 win over Ivan Menjivar and what he's looking to do next.

Penick's Analysis: Faber could be put in against anyone and he'll be at least somewhat of a draw. He's one of the best fighters in the division, and he's left no question about that when he's fought in non-title bouts. Falling short against top flight fighters isn't something to be ashamed about, and Faber could be put right back into a fight with Barao his next time out and it would still make sense. We'll see what the UFC has in store from him in the next couple of months, because he'll probably be eying a fairly short turnaround.
