Ten fighters received medical suspensions following last Saturday's UFC on FX 7 event in Brazil, with three fighters out up to six months, or until they're cleared by doctors. Suspensions were handed down by a new regulatory body for Brazilian events, the Comissao Atletica Brasileira de MMA.

Topping the suspensions on the night were Diego Nunes, Wagner Prado, and C.J. Keith, who each were suspended 180 days unless cleared following damage received in their bouts. Both Prado and Keith must receive clearance via an MRI on their knees, Prado's coming after a kneebar submission and Keith from damage to the leg in the fight.

Nunes must receive clearance from a maxillofacial surgeon after getting smothered and beat up through three rounds by Nik Lentz on the night's preliminary card.

Three more fighters received 60 day suspensions, with Michael Bisping, Thiago Tavares, and Pedro Nobre out the two months after damage incurred via strikes. Additionally, MMAJunkie.com reports that Nobre has been released from the UFC after just one fight. Many felt he embellished how hurt he was when his fight with Yuri Alcantara was erroneously stopped due to strikes to the back of the head, when there were no strikes to the back of the head; UFC President Dana White referred to him on Twitter as an "award winning actor," making the release less than a surprise.

The full list of suspensions is below:

* Diego Nunes: Suspended 180 days unless cleared by a maxillofacial surgeon; also suspended 30 days with no contact for 21 days
* Wagner Prado: Suspended 180 days unless cleared by physician following MRI on left knee; also suspended 30 days with no contact for 21 days
* C.J. Keith: Suspended 180 days unless cleared by physician following MRI on right knee
* Michael Bisping: Suspended 60 days with no contact for 45 days
* Thiago Tavares: Suspended 60 days with no contact for 45 days
* Pedro Nobre: Suspended 60 days with no contact for 45 days
* Daniel Sarafian: Suspended 30 days with no contact for 21 days
* Ben Rothwell: Suspended 30 days with no contact for 21 days
* Milton Vieira: Suspended 30 days with no contact for 21 days
* Lucas Martins: Suspended 30 days with no contact for 21 days
