Next weekend's UFC 155 event has gotten one more shakeup, as 21-year-old featherweight Max Holloway is in for an injured Cody McKenzie against Leonard Garcia.
The UFC announced the replacement fight on Wednesday, and the bout will take place on the night's preliminary card.
Holloway steps in on a week and a half's notice, hoping to add a third straight win to his record inside the Octagon. He got a very tough draw in his debut, which also came on short notice, as he was dominated and submitted by Dustin Poirier. However, he's since bounced back with consecutive wins against Pat Schilling and Justin Lawrence.
Garcia is getting another shot in the Octagon despite a three fight losing streak, and a ten fight run where his only three victories were contentious split decisions which many believe he should have lost.
