The UFC Welterweight Championship matchup between Georges St-Pierre and Nick Diaz is a go for UFC 158 in Montreal this March, as Diaz's manager Cesar Gracie has confirmed that the controversial welterweight has signed his bout agreement.
"We signed it 20 minutes ago!" Gracie said in a text message to French Canadian outlet LAPresse.ca. "I just sent a text message to Dana White [UFC president] saying that the fight was signed. And I'll just send the contract by fax."
"This is amazing, I've never been to Montreal before and I'm excited. Nick is also super excited, said Gracie. He [expected] this fight [for a] long [time] and provides a good battle."
The fight is expected to headline the March 16 event at Montreal's Bell Centre, which will also feature a bout between Carlos Condit and Rory MacDonald.
