The UFC's Super Bowl weekend event in Las Vegas is going to be a stacked affair on top, and tickets for the Feb. 2 card will go on sale this week.
The organization officially announced the ticket on-sale on Monday, confirming the top four fights set for the event at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas.
"Jose Aldo vs. Frankie Edgar is a fight the fans have wanted to see for a long time and on Feb. 2, the superfight is going to happen,” UFC President Dana White said in a press release for the event. “Our fights on Super Bowl weekend are always some of the biggest and best and this year will be no different. In addition to the Aldo vs. Edgar featherweight title fight, we've got Alistair Overeem vs. 'Bigfoot' Silva, Rashad Evans vs. 'Lil Nog,' and Jon Fitch taking on Demian Maia."
Though Overeem's return fight was officially announced, the UFC did add the caveat that his "participation in the event is pending approval and licensing by the Nevada State Athletic Commission."
Tickets go on sale to the public on Friday, Nov. 30, priced from $75-$750. UFC Fight Club Members get a presale on Wednesday, while UFC Newsletter subscribers get access to tickets on Thursday.
