Seth Baczynski has a new opponent for UFC on FX 6 this December, as the UFC announced on Tuesday that Mike Pierce has stepped in for an injured Kyle Noke in the fight.
Pierce enters off a thrilling come-from-behind win over Aaron Simpson earlier this month at UFC on FX 5 in Minneapolis. Simpson had nearly finished Pierce in the first round, but Pierce came back in the second and scored a knockout win.
Baczynski has won six straight fights into the December 15 event in Australia, including four straight since being brought back to the UFC. Most recently, Baczynski knocked out Simeon Thoresen at UFC 152.
UFC on FX 6 will be headlined by the TUF: Team Australia vs. Team UK coaches bout between Ross Pearson and George Sotiropoulos, and will air live in North America on Friday, Dec. 14.
