Two more former UFC competitors are heading to Titan Fighting Championships in April, as Titan FC CEO Jeff Aronson confirmed via MMA site MMASucka.com that Dave Herman and Jeff Curran will debut in April.
Curran is returning to flyweight for just the second time in his lengthy MMA career following a split decision loss at bantamweight in his most recent outing. The 36-year-old will take on fellow UFC vet Iliarde Santos, who will fight for the first time since a three-fight losing streak in the UFC led to his release late last year.
Heavyweight "PeeWee" Herman will return to action for the first time since July of last year. After earning a win in his UFC debut, Herman dropped four-straight fights inside the Octagon. His last appearance saw him get knocked out by Gabriel Gonzaga in just 17 seconds.
Titan FC is returning to television next month in their debut on CBS Sports Network. The Kansas-based organization previously aired events on AXS TV.
