Jon Jones issued a teaser on Twitter that he might be exonerated from the USADA testing where he came up positive for a banned supplement.

“Well it’s coming back now that it looks like he did not take the supplement that everybody thought he took and uh we’ll see how this think plays out,” he told Jim Rome on “The Jim Rome Show” moments ago. “It’s looking like Jon Jones did not take the drug that everybody thought he took. It looks like it’s something else. So I’ll let this thing play out. If that’s true, and that’s what USADA and Nevada State Commission say happened, it could look good for Jon Jones.”

When further pressed White responded: “The substance he was on was a pill you take when you’re coming down off of steroids. But this thing apparently is in other things… You have to tell USADA everything you put in your body leading up the fight and he did not.”

White did make it clear that Jones is still responsible what he puts into his body.

Keller’s Reax: There is nothing definitive here, but certainly a big opening for hope among Jon Jones fans who wanted to see him fight again. Daniel Cormier might be the second-happiest person besides Jones himself. Dana, though, was guarded in what he said, so this appears to be a developing situation and everyone is wise to hold off on drawing any solid conclusions yet. Jones, though, sounded excited in his Tweet earlier this week.
