The UFC is returning to Brasilia, Brazil, on Sept. 24 for UFC Fight Night 95, and according to a report from Brazil’s UOL the event will feature Cris “Cyborg” Justino’s second fight in the organization.

Per the report, Justino will face Lina Akthar Lansberg in the night’s main event, while former Bantamweight Champion Renan Barao will take on Philippe Nover.

Justino, Invicta FC’s Featherweight Champion, will fight for the second time in a 140 lb. catchweight bout after her successful UFC debut in May at UFC 198. Lansberg enters the UFC on a six fight winning streak since losing her professional debut.

Barao moved up to featherweight in his most recent fight, dropping a decision to Jeremy Stephens in his first 145 lb. fight. Nover has gone to split decisions in his last two fights, winning one and losing the most recent to Zubaira Tukhugov.

Penick’s Analysis: If they’re just going to find opponents for “Cyborg” to face they may as well just let her stay at 145 lbs. The catchweight makes sense if she’s fighting someone established from the bantamweight division, but even then she’s a 145 lb. fighter. It’s been made clear she’s not going to make bantamweight. If you’re going to book her just to book her name, let her stay in her division and build around her.
