Reza Madadi out of UFC Fight Night 93, Leandro Silva in against Rustam Khabilov

Reza Madadi’s been pulled from the UFC Fight Night 93 event in Hamburg, Germany, this September, and will be replaced by Leandro Silva against Rustam Khabilov on the card.

The UFC announced the change for the Sept. 3 card on Monday.

Silva has won three of his six fights in the UFC, a mark which would hold four wins were it not for a referee mistake in his fight against Drew Dober last March. A two fight winning streak was halted in his most recent outing in June, as he dropped a split decision to Jason Saggo.

Khabilov fights for the third time in 2016 after a year long layoff kept him out from March of 2015 until March of this year. The 29-year-old has won both of his fights this year, snapping a two-fight losing skid with wins over Norman Parke and Chris Wade.

UFC Fight Night 93 airs live on UFC Fight Pass, headlined by the heavyweight bout between Josh Barnett and Andrei Arlovski.
