Next week’s Bellator 158 event in London has gotten a late change to the main card, as an injury to Linton Vassell has taken him off the event.

England’s Vassell was slated to face UFC vet Francis Carmont on the card, and was hoping to follow up on a win over former champ Emanuel Newton in February, a decision which saw him avenge a 2014 loss.

In his absence, Carmont will now face the 7-2 Lukasz Klinger out of Poland, who makes his Bellator debut on short notice following a KO loss in his last outing in April. The 34-year-old Carmont made his debut in Bellator last September as an alternate for the organization’s one-night light heavyweight tournament. A win over Anthony Ruiz wound up earning him a spot opposite fellow UFC vet Phil Davis in the finals, which he lost by KO just 2:15 into the first round.

Bellator 158 airs on tape delay in the U.S. on Spike next Saturday, July 16, headlined by a welterweight bout between Paul Daley and Douglas Lima.
