Jessica Eye says she’s fighting Bethe Correia in her hometown of Cleveland at UFC 203

A fight between Jessica Eye and Bethe Correia, originally targeted for earlier this year, is coming together this September, with Eye announcing on social media that they’ll fight in her hometown of Cleveland, Ohio, at UFC 203.

Both fighters wound up facing other opponents this spring, and both lost decisions in those fights. Eye met Sara McMann in May and fell short for her fourth loss in six fights inside the Octagon. Correia returned in April for the first time since her loss to Ronda Rousey last summer, and dropped a decision to Raquel Pennington.

UFC 203 is the first ever UFC event in Cleveland, and comes to the Quicken Loans Arena on Sept. 10. The event will be headlined by the UFC Heavyweight Championship fight between Stipe Miocic and Alistair Overeem.
