Michael Page made quick work of Jeremie Holloway on Friday night at Bellator 153, and his next fight is already set. Immediately after Page made Holloway tap to a toe hold submission on Spike, Bellator announced that Page would fight Fernando Gonzalez on their July 16 debut event in London. Additionally, a light heavyweight bout between Linton Vassell and former UFC competitor Francis Carmont is set for the event as well.

Page’s first round submission was his tenth win in ten career fights, and was his third straight stoppage victory overall in the Bellator cage. The exciting and entertaining welterweight continues to prove himself as a must-see competitor, and moves on to his biggest test yet in Gonzales. The 32-year-old has won five straight fights, all of them in the Bellator cage, and most recently defeated UFC vet Gilbert Smith in March.

Vassell avenged a loss to Emmanuel Newton in his most recent outing, and he’s alternated wins and losses over his last several fights. He’ll take on the 34-year-old Carmont, who was knocked out by Phil Davis in the second of two fights for his Bellator debut last September. That snapped a two-fight winning streak after his release from the UFC.

The July 16 event will air on Spike, and is headlined by two rematches in Kimbo Slice vs. James Thompson and Paul Daley vs. Josh Koscheck.
