“Maestro” Dong Hyun Kim meets Marco Polo Reyes at UFC 199 “Rockhold vs. Weidman II”

A lightweight bout between South Korea’s “Maestro” Dong Hyun Kim and Mexico’s Marco Polo Reyes has been added to the UFC 199 event on June 4.

The UFC announced the matchup on Friday.

Kim, not to be confused with the welterweight contender with the same name, made his UFC debut last September on the UFC’s debut event in Seoul. He wound up getting knocked out by Dominique Steele with a vicious slam in that fight, dropping his overall record to 13-7.

Reyes made his own debut last November on the UFC’s first ever event in Monterrey, Mexico, knocking out Cezar Arzamendia on the night’s preliminary card. That victory moved him to 5-2 overall himself, and was his second straight win overall.

UFC 199 hits The Forum in Inglewood, Calif., headlined by the UFC Middleweight Championship rematch between Luke Rockhold and Chris Weidman.
