For the first time in nearly five years, the UFC is headed back to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

It was announced Thursday night that UFC Fight Night 82 will hit the Consol Energy Center on Sunday, Feb. 21, and it will air live on Fox Sports 1. It’s the second Sunday event in two months for the organization, as they run UFC Fight Night 81 in Boston on Sunday, Jan. 17.

UFC Fight Night 82 marks the fourth UFC event overall in Pennsylvania, and first since 2011. That summer saw the UFC make two appearances in the state, hitting Pittsburgh in June for UFC on Versus 4, and Philadelphia two months later for UFC 133.

That UFC on Versus event was supposed to be headlined by a bout between Nate Marquardt and Rick Story, but issues with his testosterone levels (prior to widespread public TRT use in the sport) took him out of the event and led to his release from the UFC. Cheick Kongo and Pat Barry then wound up in the main event, putting on a whirlwind heavyweight brawl in under a round.

No fights are yet set for the Feb. 21 card, though more details will come within the next several weeks.
