A new MMA documentary is in the works for 2016, and it will feature narration from film star Kevin Costner, according to a report from Deadline.com.

“The Hurt Business,” being helmed by documentary filmmaker Vlad Yudin, will reportedly follow Jon Jones, Rashad Evans, and Ronda Rousey. It will follow them in their daily lives and will also address the sport’s evolution.

In addition to those three key figures in the film, Holly Holm, Chuck Liddell, Tito Ortiz, Georges St-Pierre, Kenny Florian, Urijah Faber, Ken Shamrock, Bas Rutten, and Josh Barnett are all slated to participate.

Penick’s Analysis: It’s likely that filming has been happening already on this, and Costner is now coming on to narrate the story being presented by Yudin in the film, so it will be interesting to see how Rousey and Jones’ stories in particular are presented. It’s good that Holm will be a part of it after her win over Rousey, and I’m sure we’ll be getting further follow up as this continues in production heading to a 2016 release.
